| How long is the Program? |
It is a thirty-three month program; eight consecutive semesters in all (Fall, Spring, Summer). |
It is a one-year program (full-time) or two-year (part-time) program. Students are required to enroll in consecutive semesters. |
| When do classes start? |
Classes start only in the fall semester of every year. Registration for the Fall Semester is scheduled for late August. Orientation typically begins one to two days prior to registration. |

| Where are the classes held? |
Classes are generally held on the Emory University campus in the Emory University Hospital Annex Building, Room N122. |
Classes are generally held on the Emory University campus in the Emory University Hospital Annex Building, Room N122. Most of the courses will be hybrid in format with predominantly on-line components and -3 class meetings per semester. Class meetings will be held on Saturday. Class location and dates will be identified at the beginning of each semester. |
| Where are the clinical education settings? |
Currently, students rotate through Emory Hospital, The Emory Clinics, Crawford Long Hospital and Outpatient Center, the Children's Healthcare System of Atlanta at Egleston, Wesley Woods Geriatric Hospital and Resurgen’s Orthopedic Centers. |
The clinical education settings listed previously will be utilized. Additional clinical sites may be added as necessary. |
| What are the hours of the Program? |
Students are usually involved in Program activities all week, Monday through Friday. Classes are held two to three days per week between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. while clinical hours may be scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. depending on the clinical education setting. A student would typically be involved in class and clinical activities for approximately thirty to thirty-five hours per week. |

| Is there a limit to the number of students enrolled each year? |
There is a limit due to the number of clinical placements available. The average number of students enrolled each year is between 15 to 20 students. |
At this time, no limit has been set the number of students that will be accepted. |
| Are students able to work while in the program? |
Students should be financially prepared before entering the program. A student should not expect to engage in any substantial amount of part-time employment. However, some students do choose to work evenings periodically during the week and also on the weekends. The Program faculty recommends that students not work more than 20 hours per week. |
