Career Sketch: Following several years in private practice, Dr. Mixon joined the Emory staff in December of 2001 as a full time member of the Department of Radiology at the Atlanta VA Medical Center. He is currently the Assistant Chief of the Radiology Department at the Atlanta VA Medical Center. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he is the VA representative to the Emory University Radiology Residency Committee.
