Career Sketch: Dr. Altman completed his diagnostic radiology residency here at Emory in 2007, and is now continuing his training as a second-year neuroradiology fellow with an appointment as Instructor. He will also be assisting Dr. Mark Mullins this year in organizing the required third year medical student clerkship in radiology.
Dr. Altman has collaborated on various research projects with other Radiology Faculty. He was co-author of the winning paper for the Caffey Award for Best Clinical Science Presentation at the Society for Pediatric Radiology in 2005 regarding CT use in pediatric cervical spine trauma.
