Career Sketch: Dr. Zygmont completed a Neuroradiology Fellowship at Emory before joining the faculty as Assistant Professor in the newly formed Emergency Radiology Division. His current research experience includes collaborations with Dr. Frank Tong, analyzing the long term clinical outcome data for HydroCoil embolization systems used in treating intracranial aneurysms. Dr. Zygmont is interested in academic teaching as he was the Chief Neuroradiology Fellow, a Medical Student Mentor for the elective program in Radiology/Anatomy correlation, and assisted in coordinating the Emory University Visiting Professor and Grand Rounds Lectureship and Senior Board Review.
