Career Sketch: Dr. Ferrari began his career in Argentina, and after 8 years of academic and private Practice he immigrated to the United States to continue his training. He completed his training in diagnostic radiology and began to practice within the private sector as the Managing Partner of a radiology group. He also took on the position of Medical Director of Radiology at Emory Adventist Hospital, along with various imaging centers in the Atlanta metro area.
Dr. Ferrari joined Emory University in 1996 and began his sub-specialty focus when he became part of the abdominal section in 2001. Not only is he involved with the clinical aspects of radiology, but Dr. Ferrari also devotes his time to teaching and supervision of the residents and fellows that rotate through the Emory Radiology Programs.
