Dr. Gundry is the director of Breast Imaging at Grady Memorial Hospital. She educates residents and fellows daily on all aspects of breast imaging and image-guided breast procedures. Additionally, she leads the Grady Hospital Mammography Task Force and serves on the Grady Hospital Cancer Committee, the Radiological Society of North America technical exhibits committee, and the Academic committees within Grady Hospital, the ACR and the RSNA.

Dr. Gundry is interested in breast imaging patient and resident education. She has lectured throughout the Southeast and has created patient education material. She has an interest in providing quality care to underserved populations and was the first radiologist to participate in the American College of Pathology cervical and breast cancer screening program for the Native American population in Rosebud, South Dakota. She is currently developing a radioactive seed localization program at Grady Memorial Hospital.
