Transverse, Coronal, Sagittal PET Images (6 mm) of Midbrain SERT in a human acquired using [11C]ZIENT and Co-registered with MRI
Serotonin Transporter Density in Diencephalon and Raphe as traced by HOMADAM, Serotonion Reuptake Inhibitor
The Fluorine-18 labeled Nortropanes 2βFEmZIENT Ki(nM) SERT= 0.4 DAT= 84 NET=110) & 2βFEpZIENT (Ki(nM) SERT= 0.08 DAT=12 NET= 22) show good SERT rich tissue-to-Cerebellum Ratios and fast kinetics in Cynomolgus Monkeys.
MicroPET images obtained by injection of [18F]βFEmZIENT into an Anesthetized Cynomolgus Monkey
HRRT PET images (left, summed 60-120 min) obtained by injection of [18F]βFEmZIENT into an awake rhesus monkey. Composite MRI of several rhesus monkeys (right), and overlaid images (center).
