Applications for the Radiology Residency Program (PGY 2 through PGY 5) and the Preliminary Radiology Program (PGY 1), must be made through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Once the ERAS form is completed, the below materials should be submitted to:

Required application materials include the following:
1. Standard ERAS application form
2. Dean's letter from the applicant's School of Medicine
3. Transcript of medical school grades
4. Transcript of United States Medical Licensing Examination scores
5. At least three other letters of recommendation
Applications are accepted after August 1 of each year. All application materials should be received by
November 15; materials received after that date may not be considered. Our receipt of the medical school transcript and all other application materials, with the exception of the Dean's letter, by October 1 may facilitate early screening of your application for interview.
A personal interview is required and is granted at the discretion of the Program Director and Resident Selection Committee. Applicants for a PGY-2 position in 2009 will be considered for interview after a completed application is received. If an interview is to be offered, the applicant will be contacted by the Residency Program Director's office.
The Department also offers a clinical PGY-1 program. Preliminary Radiology, begins July 2008 to preced your Radiology Residency. Only those applicants who match into our PGY-2 Radiology positions for 2009 can match into this clinical PGY-1 program. [more information] (Link to PGY-1 Page/anchor)
